Lighting column testing business
The owner of a leading independent UK-based non-destructive testing organisation, specialising in the structural stability testing and analysis of lighting columns across the UK, made contact with me. Following a significant legal dispute with a former manager, he sought to relocate his business to the Midlands and establish a completely new operational team.
I first assisted in identifying a suitable operational base and recruiting new staff members. While the owner focused on providing technical training and development, he needed additional support to enhance middle management skills and create an environment where the team could engage and thrive.

Follow-up sessions were arranged to review the findings and develop individual growth plans for the middle management team.

As a result, the business experienced improved staff engagement levels, recruitment strategy, and staff retention.
